I would like to thank everyone who has supported the campaign for the OFT to investigate the cross-Solent ferry services. I have passed the OFT all the evidence I received and it is now a case of waiting to see what they decide. THey are expected to announce whether a full investigation will be held in May. The recent changes to the evening timetable for crossings from Portsmouth to Ryde Esplanade has made it much more difficult to work in London The Fast Cat service now no longer coordinates with arrivals of trains from London and the departure of trains to Shanklin These changes were introduced with very little notice and are a great inconvenience |
